Aaron og jeg syntes det er helt underlig at taenke paa at Emma kom til verden for 1 aar siden paa Grey Nuns hospitalet. Taenk at der kun er gaaet 1 aar, og samtidig saa er det gaaet saa fantastisk hurtigt. Vi har naesten glemt hvordan vores tilvaerelse var foer Emma kom til, og vi savner det bestemt ikke. Selvom det nogle gange er haardt at vaere foraeldre, saa er det ogsaa bare helt fantastisk dejligt. Det hjaelper jo ogsaa at (i vores oejne) at Emma er det soedeste lille troldebarn.
I torsdags blev Emma fejret med kage i dagplejen, og sang og pakkeaabning med mormor og morfar via Skype.
Loerdag kom alle Emma's venner paa besoeg til foedselsdagsfest (med moedrene paa slaeb:-))
Familie foedselsdagen bliver paa naeste soendag hvor Linda er hjemme fra Calgary, saa mere derom senere, men her kommer lige lidt billeder fra de sidste par dage:

Emma turned 1 year old on Thursday:-)
Aaron and I think it is so weird to think about the fact that 1 year ago Emma came into the world at Grey Nuns Hospital. Wow has it only been a year? and yet, it has gone by so fast. We have almost forgotten how our lives were before Emma, but we do not miss it. Even though it is sometimes hard to be a parent, it is also incredibly wonderful. Of course it helps (in our opinions) that we have a wonderful little troll.
Thursday Emma was celebrated at the dayhome with cake, and by her grandparents with present opening and song (via skype).
Saturday she was celebrated by all her friends (and their mom's) at her kids birthday party. The family birthday party will be next Sunday when Linda is up from Calgary, so more about that later. But here are some photos of the last couple of days:
