Galaxyland!

Pigerne fik begge to billetter til Galaxyland I foedselsdagsgave fra os (galaxyland er lidt ligesom Tivoli med en masse rutsjebaner m.m. man kan proeve). Desvaerre gik jeg hen og blev sygemeldt pga graviditeten med Matias, saa vi havde ikke mulighed for at bruge billetterne. Men I loerdags besluttede Aaron og jeg at nu skulle det vaere. Vi havde fortalt pigerne at vi skulle til Sherwood Park for at koebe ind (hvilket vi ogsaa skulle bagefter) og spurgte dem om de ville I Costco eller Superstore foerst. Pigerne sagde Costco, men eftersom de ikke var saerlig gode til at hoere efter I bilen sagde Aaron at vi skulle I Superstore foerst. Det var de ikke saerlig glade for. Vi stoppede paa McDonalds for brunch hvilket hjalp lidt paa humoeret, men de havde ingen anelse om at vi skulle I Galaxyland. Selv da vi parkerede foran West Edmonton Mall sagde vi bare at vi lige skulle et smut forbi H&M for at aflevere noget brugt toej (hvilket var sandt). Vi gik hen til Galaxyland og Emma sagde at det gad hun godt at vi skulle en dag. Aaron spurgte om vi saa ikke skulle goere det I dag. De kiggede begge to paa ham som om at det da ikke kunne vaere rigtigt, men da jeg gik hen for at faa deres armbaand blev de helt aelle vilde med begejstring:-)

Aaron og pigerne brugte hele eftermiddagen I Galaxyland. Matias og jeg saa paa dem paa nogle af turene, men Matias kan ikke lide at sidde stille saa vi brugte det meste af tiden paa at gaa rundt I West Edmonton Mall og finde badevaerelser med amme symbolet naar Matias var sulten (da man aabenbart ikke maa amme hvor man vil der:-()

Det var en rigtig hyggelig og meget tiltraengt familie dag, som vi helt sikkert vil gentage igen:-)

The girls both got Galaxyland tickets for their birthdays from us, but unfortunately we were not able to use them as I ended up being on sick leave while pregnant with Matias. But this Saturday Aaron and I decided it was time. We had told the girls that we had to go shopping in Sherwood Park (which we did afterwards) and Aaron asked them if they wanted to go to Costco or Superstore first. The girls said Costco, but Aaron said we were going to go to Superstore first as they were not listening very well, which they were not happy about. We stopped at McDonalds for Brunch, which helped the mood, but they had no clue we were going to Galaxyland. Even when we parked at West Edmonton Mall, we just said that we had to do a quick trip to H&M to drop off some used clothing (which was true). We passed Galaxyland after, and Emma said she would love to do that one day. Aaron asked her how about now? Both girls looked at him like they must have heard him wrong, and it was not until I got them their wrist bands that they finally got it and were super excited:-)

Aaron and the girls spent all afternoon at Galaxyland. Matias and I watched them on some of the rides, but Matias does not like sitting still, so we spent most of the time walking around West Edmonton Mall and trying to find bathrooms with the nursing symbol (as you apparently cant nurse wherever you want at WEM:-()

It was a super cozy and much needed family day, which we will have to do again another time:-)
